Please read this document carefully before using 58100's services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 58100 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 58100 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the latest updated version.
The 58100 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that you are doing so of your own free will.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of 58100's services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is only permitted one account. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. 58100 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Here are some recommended security practices:
- Use a strong password that is different from those used on other platforms.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- Log out after every session, especially on shared devices.
- Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
58100 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time to ensure compliance with platform policies.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All 58100 platform users are required to comply with the following rules at all times:
- Do not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Do not attempt to hack, compromise, or interfere with any of the platform's technical systems.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or any manipulation methods to gain an unfair advantage.
- Do not transfer or sell your account to any third party.
- Do not use a false identity or another person's personal information when registering.
- Comply with all limits and conditions set for each type of game or bet.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and in serious cases, legal action may be taken.
58100 also reserves the right to decline, reverse, or withhold any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of platform terms, without prior notice.
Payment Information & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on the 58100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered under their own name.
Funds credited to your account cannot be directly transferred back. Withdrawals may only be processed once all wagering or usage requirements have been met. 58100 reserves the right to request identity verification (proof of identification) before processing any withdrawal to prevent fraud.
Payment processing times depend on the method selected:
- Deposits: TNG eWallet and FPX transactions are typically credited within minutes. Technical delays may occur in certain circumstances.
- Withdrawals: Processed within the stipulated timeframe once verification is complete. 58100 does not bear any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment providers.
If you notice any discrepancy or issue with a transaction, please contact support within 30 days of the transaction date. 58100 is not liable for any claims raised after this period.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
58100 provides the platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. The platform is not liable for any financial losses, service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages incurred by users while using the platform, including technical disruptions beyond our control.
Account Suspension & Closure
58100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, a user's own request, or at the platform's sole discretion. Any valid balance in a closed account will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to all withdrawal conditions being met.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 58100 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of 58100 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 58100 platform may contain references to third-party payment providers. 58100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
58100 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page and takes effect immediately upon publication.
It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated version.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
